3. Membership & Subscription

- Binogator offers subscription-based membership plans that provide access to advanced trading bot features and participation in our affiliate program.

- Subscription payments are processed through NowPayments.io and are accepted in USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency.

- No refunds are offered once a subscription payment is made, regardless of usage or performance.

4. Affiliate Program

Eligible users may join our affiliate program to earn commissions by referring new members. Participation is subject to the terms and conditions provided in the affiliate partnership page. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

5. Payment Terms

- Payments must be made in USDT via NowPayments.io.

- All transactions are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, crypto payments cannot be reversed, disputed, or charged back.

- You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details before initiating a transaction.

6. Use of Deriv.com API

Binogator connects to Deriv.com using their API. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept Deriv.com’s terms and conditions as applicable. We are not affiliated with Deriv.com beyond the use of their publicly available API.

All content, branding, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Binogator or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, especially in the case of:

- Violations of these Terms

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity

- Abuse of the affiliate program
